What is Involved in Ordering a Career Converser Assessment?
Simply email us the name and email address of your direct report. We will send them (via email) a link to an online assessment tool. This assessment takes only 5-10 minutes for them to complete.
Then both you and your direct report will receive a tailored report which outlines their Top 3 Career Drivers together with a conversation guide for you to both work through together.
