Career Converser Online Assessment Tool and Report
We know how hard it can be to engage in meaningful career discussions with your direct reports.
As a Line Manager you know that research shows that supporting employees’ professional career development is the top driver of engagement, retention and productivity. But you are fearful that starting a career conversation will ‘open a can of worms’, and raise expectations that can’t currently be met like a pay rise or a promotion.
It doesn’t have to be like this.
The Career Converser Tool
The Career Converser is an on-line career conversation and diagnostic tool designed to support people’s career growth and development. It provides the foundation for an impactful career conversation between an individual and their line manager.
The Career Converser tool identifies what is important to your direct report (and you will find it isn’t just pay or promotion!) when making career decisions and gives you and them the support they need to achieve their career goals.
The individual and their manager are provided with a personalised career conversation guide containing information and conversation topics/questions about their career drivers, a guided process to identify their career vision, goals, and career development plan; and development activities tailored to the individuals’ career interests and goals.

What is Involved in Ordering a Career Converser Assessment?
Simply email us the name and email address of your direct report. We will send them (via email) a link to an online assessment tool. This assessment takes only 5-10 minutes for them to complete.
Then both you and your direct report will receive a tailored report which outlines their Top 3 Career Drivers together with a conversation guide for you to both work through together.
It’s simple, it’s effective, it’s cost effective and it’s super easy.
The Career Converser is just AU$200+gst and you can purchase for one person or many.
