Most recently, Emma joined Lion Nathan as a Leadership Capability Coach, as part of their merger with National Foods. This role involved significant change management as well as transitional coaching support to the business, and business partnering at an executive level. Emma also led a number of national projects involving large-scale change initiatives. Emma has a gentle coaching style and works well with all levels within organisations. She is particularly comfortable working with high potential individuals who are on a keen to progress their careers further by being ‘A Players’.
Kris has an extensive background in executive coaching, recruitment, leadership development, organisational development and human resource management. Her knowledge was gained in a wide range of industry sectors including financial services, manufacturing, professional services, non-profit, government and retail. She has worked as a leading global HR specialist for a number of ASX 100 organisations. Kris holds a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and Politics), a Graduate Diploma of Business (Human Resources) and a Master of Leadership. She is a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (FAHRI) and is accredited in a wide range of 360, emotional intelligence work preference, personality and psychometric assessment tools. Kris is known for her practical, pragmatic coaching style and enjoys working with Senior Management to achieve their best performance outcomes.
Veronica has over 17 years experience in corporate human resources, spanning across a wide range of industries including financial services, gaming and entertainment and the energy sector.
Veronica is passionate about executive coaching and working with individuals to increase their work performance and success. Veronica continues to work in Corporate Settings and is comfortable coaching individuals around their organisational success.
Simeon is a highly experienced Executive Coach with three decades of experience spanning some of the most recognised retail brands throughout the globe. Simeon has worked as a General Manager in Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Experience and Operations and has significant “hands on” management experience, giving Simeon a pragmatic approach to coaching individuals.
