Along with a strong senior HR background within a corporate environment, you have acquired a gift for coaching others to stimulate change in their careers. You are confident dealing with both companies and individuals who seek assistance in areas such as outplacement, career transition, interview training/coaching, resume development, psychometric assessment, talent management and career coaching.
It is essential that you have tertiary qualifications in either HR, Social Sciences, Psychology, Coaching or similar. Being a Certified Coach is desirable. It goes without saying that you also have an empathy for others in what can be a sensitive process, along with a motivating, ‘can-do’ solutions focus. Most important, is your personal value that people matter.
