Simeon is a highly experienced Business Coach with three decades of experience spanning some of the most recognised retail brands throughout the globe. Simeon has worked as a General Manager in Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Experience and Operations and has significant “hands on” management experience, giving Simeon a pragmatic and realistic approach to coaching individuals.

Simeon’s credentials include a BA(Hons) in Retail Marketing, a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Well-Being, Certificates in Neurobiology & Workplace Psychology and accreditations as a Strengths Development and Emotional Intelligence Coach.

Simeon is passionate about bringing out the very best in people and uses his extensive experience and credentials to help people achieve their personal & professional goals.

Nicole

MBA qualified and with over 10 years’ experience as a Coach, a previous career in HR, a small business owner (consulting and trade services) and extensive experience in industries including health, airline, logistics, automotive, banking, education, mining and Information Technology in Australia and Europe, Nicole has guided, helped and coached hundreds of people to successfully navigate their way through complex business development processes.

Nicole is passionate about providing practical support that honours individual uniqueness. Her clients love how she breaks down overwhelming processes into simple, manageable steps. Nicole excels at helping people understand what they are really good at, where they want to go and how to get there.

Nicole’s sensitivity and light personal approach combined with her extensive blue chip professional background provide valuable opportunity awareness, marketing knowledge and business communication insight which she shares with her clients.

Kris

Kris has been on leaderships teams within a range of organisations (manufacturing, retail, finance, not for profit and consulting) since the age of 28. She is a successful business founder and has run her own small business for over 10 years. Kris holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Graduate Diploma in Business and a Masters of Leadership. She is a fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
