Anne has an extensive background in Human Resources and consulting. Her HRM experience is in professional services and health and community services and she has consulted to clients across many sectors including engineering, healthcare, local and state government, education, wine, legal, utilities, not for profit, energy, mining and manufacturing. Anne has had significant consulting experience in strategic organisational development, executive coaching, leadership assessment and development, career transition, cultural change programs and talent & performance management. As a coach, Anne is passionate about helping clients understand themselves to enact successful change.
As a Senior HR Manager, Anne has had national and regional responsibility for a range of transactional, operational and strategic outcomes. With Asia Pacific responsibilities, she has developed and implemented global strategies.
Valerie has built a long career as a senior executive in human resource and corporate consulting roles. She has undertaken many executive career and performance coaching assignments, both in the public and private sectors. Some of these roles have been highly structured and supported by psychometric testing, while others have been less formal, allowing her to tailor the process to the individual. Valerie quickly gains rapport with everyone she works with and attributes this to her success. Having worked at an executive level herself, she is able to relate and draw upon the tools and experiences she has developed as a HR practitioner over many years.
