HOW WE WORK
Drawing on a wealth of experience and knowledge, our team of professional coaches offers tailored career transition assistance to help clients navigate their new circumstances.
The client determines how frequently they would like to meet with their Career Coach, with each session being one hour in length and programs based on a minimum of three sessions. Meetings can be conducted in person, by phone or via Zoom video conference, and can take place weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. In some cases, clients may even prefer to double their sessions and connect with their coach for two hours in one day for a more in-depth discussion.
We also cater to clients who prefer to spread out their consultations over a longer stretch of time as our sessions are valid for up to two years after purchase. Knowing that each circumstance is unique and evolving, we pride ourselves on being flexible and able to adapt to our clients’ needs.
CAREER OUTPLACEMENT PROGRAM DETAILS
As Let’s Talk Career works with HR departments of all sizes from a wide range of industries, we listen to the client’s needs and tailor a customised program to best support them. With differing career levels, job search skills, knowledge, experiences, occupations, strengths and interests, we’re able to cater our outplacement services to each individual case.
We allow our clients to determine what they would like to focus on during each session. Some individuals prefer to reflect on the types of roles they would like to move into and then move on to resumes. Others start by focusing on their personal values and what makes them most fulfilled in employment settings. We’ve also had clients say “I have a coffee meeting on Wednesday, how do I explain my current situation?” And of course, we work with many people who are eager to jump right in and start updating their resume. Everyone is different and we are able to tailor the session to their area of need at the time.

WHAT OUR OUTPLACEMENT PACKAGES INCLUDE
As part of our career outplacement services, we provide our clients with:
- One on one career coaching in line with the package purchased (valid for up to 2 years)
- Access to our online resource materials to support their job search education (valid for 2 years)
- Access to our newly launched online ‘members’ only’ community where individuals can connect with others who are interested in growing their careers. Within this platform, they will have regular free access to advice from an online career coach as needed for 1 year.

We offer assistance with career outplacement Australia wide with offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Far North Queensland. Locations outside of these cities are effectively serviced by video conferences and phone-based coaching sessions. We are an Australian owned and operated business, established in 2012, by a collective of credible and caring professional career coaches who saw a gap in the market for providing quality, tailored career outplacement support.
