Her knowledge was gained in a wide range of industry sectors including financial services, manufacturing, professional services, non-profit, government and retail. She has worked as a leading global HR specialist for a number of ASX 100 organisations.

Kris holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Sociology and Politics with a minor in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma of Business in Labour Management Relations/HR, and a Master of Leadership. She is a former Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and is accredited in a wide range of 360, emotional intelligence, work preference, personality and psychometric assessment tools.

Raelene has helped hundreds of people navigate career development and change, drawing on experience in human resources, recruitment and leadership development, including work with Simplot/Pillsbury and Manpower. She supports executives, emerging leaders and middle managers, bringing a practical understanding of both individual career goals and organisational needs.

Simeon is a highly experienced Executive Coach with three decades of experience spanning some of the most recognised retail brands throughout the globe. Simeon has worked as a General Manager in Marketing, Human Resources, Customer Experience and Operations and has significant “hands on” management experience, giving Simeon a pragmatic approach to coaching individuals in both executive performance, and career transitioning. Simeon’s credentials include a BA(Hons) in Retail Marketing, a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Well-Being, Certificates in Neurobiology & Workplace Psychology and accreditations as a Strengths Development and Emotional Intelligence Coach.
