Nicola is a gifted and accomplished coaching & facilitation professional. She has accumulated in excess of six years experience successfully supporting clients through their personal and professional development.
Nicola is highly experienced in the areas of career management, talent management, career transition, leadership development, organisational development, change management, team dynamics and psychometric assessment. She works extensively at executive level and has worked with many of the large corporates such as Cisco Systems and Telstra, and as part of the group-wide HR function at Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Bernice has thirty years experience working with managers and individuals to tap into their potential, guide their development and build the capability of organisations. Her experience with developing individuals ranges from individual coaching, design of training and leadership programs, facilitation of programs from front line to senior management, and assessment of capability. She adds value through her breadth of experience, pragmatic and commercial approach, the alignment of interventions to business strategy, and her incisive and supportive insights. Her career has spanned line management roles including Manager of Corporate Services and Company Secretary, as well as a range of Human Resources Management roles. These roles have been in the public sector, private enterprise and consulting organisations.
FAR NORTH QUEENSLAND
Tracey has accumulated over sixteen years experience in leadership and generalist HR, L&D, OD and project management roles across a range of industries including mining, law, government and hospitality.
For the past three years Tracey has been self-employed as an OD Consultant and Career & Executive Coach. The majority of her work has been leading 6-12 month projects within the mining sector, primarily for BHP Billiton and Thiess Mining. She has worked with corporate and/or site based general managers and management teams to develop project change strategies, manage and execute delivery.
In addition, Tracey has achieved great success in the design, development and facilitation of programs. She has provided individual coaching to leaders at all levels of business – frontline supervisors, middle management, senior management teams and general managers.
